Support
Email dr.irfan.mansuri@gmail.com. Telling us your phone model, the app version from Settings → About → Version, and what you were doing at the time turns a two-week thread into a one-reply fix.
Common questions
I paid, but the app still says the content is locked
Open Settings → Restore purchase. That re-asks Google Play directly. Make sure the phone is signed in to the same Google account that made the purchase - this is the usual cause. If it still will not unlock, email us with the Google Play order number from your receipt.
Is the purchase a subscription?
No. It is a single one-time payment, it never renews, and it stays attached to your Google account. Reinstalling the app or moving to a new phone restores it automatically.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled entirely by Google Play, not by us. Go to play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory, find the order, and request a refund. Within 48 hours of purchase this is usually automatic.
Why do I have to sign in with Google?
So your progress survives a lost, reset, or replaced phone, and so a purchase can follow you to a new device. The app reads nothing from your Google account beyond your name, email, and profile photo - see the privacy policy.
A question looks wrong
Please tell us - include the question text and the state you have selected. Question corrections ship over the air, so a fix reaches every user without waiting for an app update.
Does this replace the official handbook?
No. It is a practice aid written independently. Always read your state's current official driver handbook as well - it is the only authority on what your test will actually ask.
How do I delete my account?
See the account deletion page.
